I Wanna See You Tonight

I Wanna See You Tonight

(Wall)

Sometimes John can really class the joint up. I give him full kudos for this very nice love song that it was my pleasure to be a part of...so nice that my wife and I danced to it at our wedding (well, she certainly wasn't going to whirl around the dance floor to "Time To Make The Donuts"). Dave makes with the tasteful arrangement and accompaniment as always, and I give the ranting and funny voices a break and...you know, sing.

Al: Lead & Backing Vox, Piano
John: Guitars
Dave: Lead Guitar, Keys, Bass, Drums

Yes you are right, one of my favorites from you; very catchy and a good possible radio hit. Why didn't you take an LA radio station hostage and attempt to play this song while fighting off an evil radio exec, meanwhile getting thousands of fans on your side and rioting in the parking lot? It worked in the movie "Airheads" !!!!

Much as I would love to see this scenario come true, I'm afraid that it would more than likely come out like "This is Spinal Tap", minus any actual success they encountered...

And there was even an "unplugged" version with fewer trax...

And I will say there is no higher compliment than someone choosing to use a song for their own wedding. Glad you and Toni had a good time with it!
