Pick Up The Phone

Pick Up The Phone

Without even listening to the song, I'm predicting this to be a fun, upbeat rockin song, kinda like 'You're worth more to me.' Please tell me Im right!

Okay, I'll take a stab, here. Let's see...reminds me of...uh...sort of like...Kraftwerk trying to impersonate the Music Machine? Devo recording in the bathroom of Studio 54? The Velvet Underground after even Doug Yule and Walter Powers quit? I give up.

Like the wah-wah usage though.

Sounds like 1970's Quinn-Martin music. You know, the theme songs from Mannix, McLoud, The Rookies, etc. On acid.
